What this site is
This site is a free matching service. You tell us about a renovation project, and we introduce you to contractors who may want to quote for it. We are not a contractor and we do not perform renovation work.
We do not vet or supervise contractors
We introduce you to contractors. We do not license, bond, insure, employ, or supervise them, and we do not inspect their work. Any agreement you reach is strictly between you and that contractor.
Before hiring anyone, verify their licence and insurance yourself with your state or local authority, and read the contract before you sign it. We are not a party to it and cannot enforce it for you.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that any quote will be within your budget, or that any contractor will be available in your timeframe. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative and are not a representation of what your project will cost.
Information you give us
You agree that what you submit is accurate and that the phone number and email address are yours to give. How we handle what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Contact you have consented to
Submitting the form is your express written consent to be contacted at the number and address provided, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded voice, and SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us to remove you.
